Niomi specialises in all aspects of commercial intellectual property law as well as IT, media and technology law, privacy, cybersecurity and data protection, and competition and consumer law. She holds a Class 1 Master of Laws degree from the University of Cambridge, where she specialised in intellectual property and commercial law. She also holds a Bachelor of Health Sciences, majoring in pharmacology.

She has significant expertise in drafting all manner of commercial agreements (particularly those with an IP/IT focus), advising on commercial, consumer, privacy and data protection obligations, and assisting clients with local and international trade mark requirements.
