Melinda Leacy has extensive experience acting in relation to all aspects of the acquisition, development, funding and sale of mixed use community titled developments.

Her focus is to provide advice and guidance to clients on all areas required by the client to undertake and finalise their development, which is tailored to the client’s particular needs.

Melinda’s area of practice has a strong focus on development site acquisitions, mixed use community titled developments, management rights, bulk lot conveyancing, body corporate structuring, joint venture arrangements and construction funding.


Melinda’s experience includes advising:

  • Metro property developmentĀ in respect of the Newstead Towers, Canterbury Towers, Broadway on Ann, Aqua Newstead, Newstead Central, Brisbane Casino Towers, Capri and Brisbane Apartments – Henley Towers developments;
