John Kehoe

John has broad infrastructure, construction and development experience with particular expertise in infrastructure agreements including engineering procurement and construction (EPC), design and construct, operation and maintenance and facilities management contracts, and development agreements.

John provides clients with advice relating to:

  • Risk allocation in infrastructure project documentation;
  • Preparing and negotiating infrastructure project agreements;
  • Preparing and negotiating construction agreements; and
  • Preparing and negotiating property development agreements and agreements for lease.
