She also advises insurers in relation to claims for total and permanent disablement, income protection and funeral cover claims
Erica is an experienced dispute resolution lawyer and advocate, and appears on behalf of her insurer clients throughout all stages of litigation, across multiple jurisdictions within Western Australia.
Experience
Erica’s experience includes advising:
- Medical defence insurers on the merits of, and dispute resolution strategy for litigation commenced by plaintiffs in the District Court and Supreme Courts of Western Australia;
- Multiple insurers in relation to general liability claims in the District Court of Western Australia;
- Multiple insurers with respect to life insurance claims issued in the District Court of Western Australia, Supreme Court of Western Australia and the Federal Court; and
- Multiple insurers in relation to alternative dispute resolution and informal settlement proceedings.
