- John Holland Advising in relation to approximately $200 million Supreme Court litigation against the State concerning the construction of the Perth Children’s Hospital.
- Karara Mining Ltd Advising on claims arising under a contract for: Structural, mechanical, and piping works; and the construction of a pipeline and associated works for the transportation and supply of water to the Karara mine site.
