Craig is a Special Counsel at HWL Ebsworth, advising on all aspects of the sale, purchase, development and leasing of real estate.
Craig has extensive experience in the in drafting and negotiating all types of lease documentation for both landlords and tenants of commercial, industrial, retail and rural properties.
Craig also has a broad range of experience with the acquisition, development and disposal of industrial, commercial, retail and residential properties.
Experience
Craig’s recent experience includes:
- Commercial office leasing: Preparing and negotiating leases and ancillary documents for owners of commercial office towers in the Brisbane CBD including Waterfront Place, 133 Mary Street and 288 Edward Street;
- Cruise Whitsundays: Advising on the acquisition, development, leasing and disposal of the passenger terminal at Port of Airlie;
- ALDI: Advising on the acquisition and disposal of sites and the leasing of new and existing stores in Queensland;
- Bay Audio: Advising on the leasing of retail premises nationally; and
- South Coast Radiology: Advising on the leasing of premises in major hospitals and medial centres as well as the acquisition and disposal of sites for the development of specialist clinics.
