Bryn specialises in corporate, commercial and securities law and has significant experience providing advice in equity capital markets, IPOs and back door listings on the ASX, mergers & acquisitions, takeovers and corporate advisory matters across various industries in Australia and overseas.

Bryn’s experience includes advising:

  • New Century Resources Ltd on capital raisings in excess of $150 million, its acquisition of the Century Zinc Mine in Queensland and debt facilities totalling $140 million with National Australia Bank;
  • Ardea Resources Ltd on its demerger and proposed IPO and ASX listing of Godolphin Resources Ltd, and Indiana Resources Ltd (formerly IMX Resources Ltd) on its demerger and subsequent IPO and ASX listing of Graphex Mining Ltd;
  • Caprice Resources Ltd and Matador Mining Ltd on their IPOs and ASX listings;
  • Black Dragon Gold Corp., a TSX listed entity, on its ASX dual listing and capital raising;
  • Newfield Resources Ltd on its merger with UK incorporated, AIM listed entity, Stellar Diamonds plc, associated $40 million capital raising and issue of $US30.5 million corporate bonds; and
  • Various ASX listed entities on their capital raisings including Bellevue Gold Ltd, Millenium Minerals Ltd, Chalice Gold Mines Ltd, European Cobalt Ltd, Liontown Resources Ltd, Talga Resources Ltd and AusCann Group Holdings Ltd.
