Audra is a Special Counsel in the Sydney Real Estate and Projects team. She is experienced in a broad range of property law including commercial, retail and industrial leasing, corporate sales and acquisitions and property development. She has worked both in private practice and in-house and acts for various clients including landlord and tenant, government bodies (Federal and State), urban and regional developers, corporations and high net wealth private clients.
Audra’s advice is commercial, timely and solution-focused.
Audra’s practice has a particular focus on complex leasing projects including redevelopments, relocations and consolidations and windfarms along with land title and corporate analysis and due diligence, property development and commercial acquisition transaction documents and disposal of assets.

- NBN Co as lead internal counsel in Sydney on one of Australia’s largest relocation and consolidation leasing projects;
- Property NSW regarding the landmark relocation and consolidation project in Elizabeth Street, Sydney;
- Health Infrastructure Corporation regarding the development of the Gosford Hospital Health & Wellbeing Precinct – Building B);
- Trafalgar Entertainment Asia Pacific regarding the redevelopment of Theatre Royal, MLC Centre, Sydney;
- Trecomax (TressCox) on property transaction documents for the HWL Ebsworth merger with TressCox Lawyers;
- Thomson Reuters on the national leasing precedents suite including the NSW Retail and Commercial Law Society lease, single lot strata, retail shopping centre, commercial, industrial and retail lease precedents.
