Experience

Andrew’s recent experience includes:

  • Receivers: Acted for the receivers of various entities that operated 14 farms over 30,000 hectares of land;
  • Receivers and secured creditor: Acted for the receivers and secured creditor in respect of entities that owned 2 residential property developments and an associated golf course;
  • Administrators: Acted for the administrators in a matter where a DOCA involving differential treatment of creditors and a transfer of shares by Court order was implemented;
  • Defendants: Acting for the defendants in a $15m insolvent trading claim where it is alleged the defendants are de facto directors or a holding company; and
  • Secured creditor: Acted for the secured creditor in the successful workout of an exposure to 14 managed investment schemes concerning extensive vineyards and involving 3,000 investors.
