HWL Ebsworth acts for Sime Darby Motors Group Australia for its A$112 acquisition of three luxury car dealerships

HWL Ebsworth is pleased to announce that it has advised Sime Darby Motors Group Australia on its acquisition of three car dealership businesses and associated dealership properties owned by  Inchape and Trivett group companies,  representing the BMW, MINI, Volkswagen, Jaguar and Land Rover marques. The estimated value of the deal was approximately A$112 million and reflects Sime Darby’s continuing commitment to its retail presence in the automotive industry in Australia.

The deal team was led by Maria Townsend (Partner), Anthony Jreige (Partner), Alex Beagley (Associate) and Louisa Dillon (Solicitor) with assistance from Jonathan Yee (Solicitor).
