The opportunity
We have an opportunity for a Solicitor to join our highly regarded Adelaide Corporate & Commercial team working primarily with Partner Jamie Restas. You’ll work on an interesting mix of mergers and acquisitions (including private treaty acquisitions and joint venture investments), capital raisings, employee share plans, private equity/venture capital and corporate governance for a diverse range of clients. You’ll get direct client access and exposure to all corporate and commercial activities.
To succeed in this role, ideally you’ll have:
- 1 year + PAE in any of the following areas; private treaty M&A, corporate governance, equity capital markets or commercial contracting;
- strategic and critical thinking capability;
- strong communication, organisational and interpersonal skills; and
- willingness to work as part of cohesive local team and alongside a diverse range of colleagues and practice areas locally and nationally.
