HWLE Consulting Pty Ltd, an associated entity of HWL Ebsworth Lawyers, offers extensive experience in the delivery of procurement and contracting services. Angela Summersby

Angela has over 20 years' experience in working on major projects with the Australian Government. Angela has specialised in complex high value procurements. Angela has managed projects, prepared acquisition strategies, tender and contract documents, assisted in the development of functional performance specifications, developed evaluation plans, participated in evaluation activities, drafted evaluation reports, negotiated contracts, developed negotiation strategies, conducted negotiations and briefed senior level officials. Angela has conducted procurement and contract management training and undertaken audits of contractual deliverables and assisted in resolution of contract management issues.

Stuart Imrie

Stuart has 25 years' experience in working on major projects, including 15 years' experience working on procurement and contracting projects with the Australian Government. Stuart has specialised in large complex high value procurements and contract performance frameworks. Stuart has developed all manner of procurement documentation, advised on acquisition strategies, assisted in tender evaluations, developed reports for senior officials on acquisition strategies and procurement decisions. He has conducted contract negotiations, undertaken audits of contractual deliverables and reported on governance and accountability issues. Stuart has conducted numerous training sessions on procurement and contract management.

George has over 25 years' experience in working on major projects, including about 15 years' experience with Australian Government. George has managed projects, including assisting in specialist areas of corporations law, real estate and taxation. George has settled all manner of procurement documentation, has advised on complex process issues and strategic issues, developed reports for and has liaised with senior officials to assist with decision making processes. He has worked with government clients on governance and accountability issues.

Megan has approximately 14 years' experience in working on major projects, including 7 years' experience with Australian Government. Megan has managed projects, including assisting in specialist areas of dispute management, competition law and IT and telecommunications. Megan has developed reports for and has liaised with senior officials to assist with decision making processes. She has worked with government clients on governance and accountability issues and in auditing contract deliverables to ascertain contract compliance.
