- Lend Lease on “The Yards” mixed use development being part of the RNA Showgrounds redevelopment including 401 apartments, Bowen Hills, Brisbane;
- Consolidated Property Group on “Spire”, a 40 storey high-rise apartment development comprising 340 apartments, CBD Brisbane; and
