Harry Cormack
Since 1979, Harry has been advising clients on banking and financial services issues. He has provided advice to a number of Australia’s leading banks and other financial institutions.
His experience in advising on commercial lending transactions extends from the SME level through to the institutional level with a particular emphasis on the corporate, commercial, agribusiness and business banking spaces.
Harry’s experience has seen him advise on financing across a number of industry sectors, including agribusiness, hotels & leisure, aged care &retirement villages, pharmacies & health care, education, property & construction, franchising and professional services.
Harry has an extensive knowledge of commercial securities relating to both real and personal property, lending for particular industry specialisations, agribusiness and property financing. Harry’s pragmatic, commercial, innovative and solution based approach coupled with his strong client service focus is highly valued by his clients.

Harry’s recent experience includes advising:
- Major Australian banks and financial institutions in relation to setting up commercial and business lending programs;
- Major Australian banks on rural and regional agribusiness teams with specific agribusiness focus;
- Financial institutions and various Australian banks in specialised areas within the commercial banking space including aged care, retirement villages, hotels & clubs, child care centres, rent rolls; property finance & construction finance; and
- Financial institutions and various Australian banks on all areas of lending to self managed super funds.
