David’s recent experience includes:

  • Peet Ltd: Advised in relation to the acquisition and subsequent development and sale of greenfield sites in Victoria;
  • Salta Properties: Advised in relation to the development and leasing of four new office buildings at Nexus Corporate Park, Mulgrave. This included negotiation of agreements for lease and leases for tenancies within the new buildings;
  • Melbourne Airport: Advised in relation to the leasing of in excess of forty tenancies at the new terminal 4 at Melbourne Airport;
  • Blueprint Developments: Advised on the developer of the Sandyhill development in Sandringham, which is a mixed use development comprising 451 apartments, offices, medical suites and retail shops; and
  • Shakespeare Property Group: Advised on the acquisition and redevelopment of 200 Bourke Street, Melbourne into a mixed use retail, office and residential development.
