The Amendment Bill contains elements of the Liberal Party's "Protecting Vulnerable Workers" Policy that was released just before, and taken to, the last Federal election. The Amendment Bill delivers on an election commitment to ensure workers are protected from exploitative and unfair practices in the workplace.
