Workplace Relations and Safety Workshops

| Print |

Each workshop provides managers and HR professionals with practical information and tools to assist them in dealing with what is often a complex legal minefield with significant penalties when things go wrong. One of the workshop's goals is to de-mystify employment and safety related scenarios so that all participants can take away accurate knowledge, which can be immediately applied and practical tools which can be used in the workplace.

Designed for small group learning, program numbers are kept low to facilitate interaction, effective role playing and a collaborative learning environment. The workshops are specifically aimed at equipping employers with the skills and knowledge required to effectively manage common workplace issues and dilemmas.

All workshops are presented by senior practitioners with a proven depth of experience both in the area of law and in training and development. These are not dry legal seminars but interactive learning experiences backed up by years of practice in the areas of workplace relations and safety.

Who Should Attend
HR professionals, WHS professionals, managers, supervisors and officers. All attendees are welcome – we usually have a wide variety of employers, both from the private and public sector.
